Work and pay basics
The HygieneShift pilot requires office-paid employee payroll for booked shifts. Offices remain the employer and handle onboarding, required coverage, taxes, and payroll records through their own provider.
HygieneShift records shift terms and hours, but the dental office pays wages through employee payroll. Do not upload SSNs, I-9s, W-4s, bank details, or tax forms here.
Read pilot termsFor wage claims, sick leave, retaliation, or workplace rights questions, start with California Labor Commissioner resources or a qualified professional.
