A better hygiene day
starts with your voice.

Your skills deserve a clear schedule, a fair offer, and people who understand the work. We back local hygienists through the way we build temping—and the connections around each shift.

An independent staffing platform and peer community. External associations and public agencies have their own membership, services, and responsibilities.

Make the day clear.

Use this checklist when you speak with the office. It is a preparation tool; checking a box does not approve a credential or confirm a booking.

Advocacy you can see in the product

Hygiene deserves a voice.

01 / KNOW THE WORK

Put the plan in the shift.

New hygiene posts include appointment lengths, columns, room setup, support, and a first-day contact. Older posts without those details tell you to ask.

02 / RESPECT THE SKILL

Choose your rate and your day.

HSSD’s base hygiene posting floor is $65/hr. Assisted hygiene adds $10/hr; required laser care and same-day coverage each add $5/hr. You can set a higher minimum.

Platform posting rules, not a market average. No HSSD wage commission; normal payroll deductions apply.

03 / KEEP THE CONNECTION

Help the next local RDH.

Ask a question, share a first-day lesson, or discuss professional respect and career growth. The hygiene group is private to approved hygienists, with replies and owner-reviewed reports.
